Eurovision Song Contest 2023 was hosted by Liverpool, on behalf of last year’s winners, Ukraine. I went there to see all the live shows, and also checked out nearby Manchester and Isle of Man.
Manchester
As the hotel prices in Liverpool were ridiculously high this week, I stayed most of the week in nearby Manchester. Manchester is also a larger city with a lot to offer.

Liverpool is a city with lots of musical history, and they were a great host for this song competition.
