Penitentiary<\/h4>\n<p>Eastern State Penitentiary var basert p\u00e5 prinsippet om \u00e5 rehabilitere kriminelle i staden for rein strafe. D\u00e5 bygget stod ferdig i 1829 var det det st\u00f8rste og dyraste offentlege bygget i landet.
